Starting her journey at the Aveda Institute of Orlando, Bryce graduated with a degree in cosmetology and has dedicated over ten years to mastering her craft. Her hard work and commitment culminated in the realization of her lifelong dream—owning her own salon.

Bryce’s dedication to hair has not only earned her numerous awards for extreme hair makeovers and salon decor but also fueled her desire to continuously learn and expand her skills. As a successful small business owner, Bryce has embraced the vast opportunities to make a difference. In 2017, she became a gold member sponsor of the American Cancer Society, contributing significantly to their initiatives. Also, in 2023 Bryce Leigh Salon was awarded Best in Florida for the Beauty Salon industry.

Her commitment to community service extends to volunteering with local churches to provide haircuts to the homeless. Bryce also founded the heartwarming initiative, Daddies and 'Dos, offering classes that bring families together to learn simple hair styling techniques in a fun and engaging environment.

Joining Bryce, we have the skilled Bailey Pagels, a specialist in microblading and eyelash extensions, who brings precision and artistry to every session. As a certified semi-permanent make-up artist Bailey ensures that each client receives the highest standard of care and results.
