Rescheduling Policy
At Bryce Leigh Salon, we understand that schedules can change and flexibility is necessary. However, to ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients efficiently and maintain the highest quality of service, the following policy has been implemented regarding rescheduling appointments:

If a client reschedules their appointment more than two times, a deposit of 25% of the total service cost will be required to secure the next appointment. This deposit will be credited towards your service costs at the time of your appointment.

Please note that this deposit is non-refundable should you cancel the appointment or fail to show up. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve you and all our clients better.
